Subject: Accessible cell phone available from CTAP
For California residents.
FYI...
CTAP just started a pilot program for a call phone
called Odin VI and its a locked phone so the client has to
choose a plan
through the company but it is more affordable than Jitterbug.

Plan, one would choose is the pay as you go plan:

there is limited quantity. Application process is similar to
applying our landline phones.
