[Electronics-Talk] retromercials

"I can't believe I ate the whole thing" was another classic Alka-Seltzer
commercial from the late 1960's. During this period, Alka-Seltzer changed
advertising agencies and dropped its mascot,Speedy Alka-Seltzer, an animated
Alka-Seltzer tablet from its commercials. But by the early 1980's, by
popular demand, Speedy had been reinstalled as the face of this iconic
heartburn remedy, and he was once again singing the jingle, "With
Alka-Seltzer you're sure to say, relief is just a swallow away".

One commercial had "I can't believe I ate the whole thing!". I don't
remember what that was selling though.
