I did.  They told me to do it on my computer, and that they couldn't do it 
over the phone.  They just looked up what I wanted and said it was there, 
but they told me I had to go to my computer and do it.  It was a guy from 
India or somewhere.  Pam.

I don't know about other companies, but Amazon will do a transaction for you
if you call the customer service line.  They are great when it comes to
assisting us folk.
