You've never heard of paymate either.  It's a service done by phone that 
enables more than one business to have its bills paid that way.  A few 
years ago I remember having called it up but haven't got the toll-free 
number around any more since I was just on the end when a business I 
used stopped using paymate.  Online payments are only as safe as the 
computer records in the business Or bank and many of those are far less 
safe than many realize.  If you want to keep on top of the successful 
hack attacks of businesses and banks, download the security news app for 
android or iphone and enable notifications for that app.
