[Electronics-Talk] caller ID box

Any caller that has that kind of number (example, 000-00-0000) I don't even
answer. I also don't answer unknown callers.

I assume they meant that a lot of solicitors will use some ambiguous ID so
you don't think it's a solicitor and you think you might want to answer the
phone.
