[Electronics-Talk] Appliance accessibility

Does Time-Warner have the monopoly on where its user lives?  We thought 
when I got cable service for where I now live Service-Electric could 
install it; turns out comcast-xfinity already had the monopoly which 
turned out better for me with my disability than would have been the 
case with Service-Electric.
