Press inser+sv. Then arrow down to where it says automatically read message.
Uncheck that checkbox. 
Tab over until you are 
@ okay. Press enter & you should be back to your inbox. Hope this helps. If

Hi folks. 

If this is going to the wrong list, please redirect me. 

I updgraded to JFW 17.01 last weekend. Since then, JFW has been very chatty,
I like to leave my email open and when I get a new message, JFW starts
reading the message of its own accord. I don't want it to do this, I can
hear the email notification when I want to read the message I'll do that at
a time of my choosing. 

How can I get JFW to loose the reading of incoming emails?
