Personally, I like an app called Voice Dream Reader. The developer works
very closely with blind users, and it is completely accessible. Also,
there is a wide selection of reading voices that you can download at a
nominal cost.

                We've been long-time Bookshare.org Members and want to
begin reading their books on our iPhones, Tablets, and other computers.
Our choices are narrowed down to Read-To-Go and Captain Narator.
Read-To-Go is a more expensive APP but Captain Narator seems to be more
feature-rich and sells for about half the cost of Read-To-Go. Your
feedback and your experiences with these APPS will help us make a final
choice. Thanks for the great information.
