[Electronics-Talk] a little bit of information

This is assuming it's an issue between Dell and Windows 10 and not a
screen reader issue. You'd also have the same issue if you used the same
3rd party components Dell is using. IMHO, this may be a reason to build
your own instead of buying Dell, but it wouldn't be a very compelling
reason by itself. You'd have to do a lot of research on all of the
components you're using to ensure they have device drivers supported by
Windows 10 and utilities accessible with screen readers. This would be
worth doing if you want to do this across the board anyway, but I'd
think Microsoft and your screen reader developers are going to focus
their support on machines and components used by a huge manufacturer
like Dell, so unless you want to do this research on your own then I'd
think most people would be better off taking their chances with a
popular system like a Dell.
Note, I'm not a fan of Dell myself. I use them at the office, and I'm
not impressed. I won't write them off forever, I know companies can
change over time, but for now, I'm still sticking with Asus and Lenovo.
