Eh, Matthew, did you know there was an earlier model of this labeler 
produced by the same company?
That's what the sales rep told me.  Did you ever see that earlier model?

I found your statement about them thinking the adaptor would make the motor 
run faster interesting.  The only time I've seen ac adaptors make a unit run 
faster is if the batteries were dying.  I chuckled when I read that.
