That is why I like it better. I am not a fan of the phone voices. I much prefer the app with VO. There is nothing wrong with the phone voice selection. That is just my preference. And just like those light dependent people, they have options of getting the e-newspaper, print, web, etc. This gives us multiple choices too.

Some people find it more efficient to read articles using VoiceOver than using the telephone access to NFB NewslineR. Also, one uses data minutes rather than cellphone minutes.

There is a newsline app for the iPhone and once you enter your credentials you can run the app and get the news and the app does the call for you so far as I can tell.
