You could use the Amazon Echo for the internet radio. It accesses Tune In which has many radio stations over the internet.

As far as the CD player you can hook up a bluetooth transmitter to your CD player and have it play through Echo which will act as a Bluetooth speaker also.

Or you could rip your CDs to your computer, load them onto an iPod with Bluetooth, and play through Echo as well.

So you have multiple options.
