What do you mean writing checks by mail.  As far as I know, it is part of 
online banking, and they can't tell you they have never heard of online 
banking!  Pam.

I have never heard of writing checks by mail. Each time I have asked my bank
(Citibank) they say they have never heard of such a thing.

How can I write and print checks from my computer? My bank did not have
software that I could use, but told me it does exist. Any suggestions?
