Awhile back, I had a radio I was able to attach a couple leads to a couple
screws that held a cable connector. When I tuned the radio to TV and
tuned the right channel I was able to listen to everything my cable
provider had to offer. Earlier this week I managed to mess up the TV I
have to the point all it shows on the screen is no signal. I think if I
buy a TV in the future it will be far more accessible than visio ea-n66 is
now. That, or I find me another radio with TV bands on it. On Sat, 16

I never bought another one though. Cox was included in our rent for the basic channels. And now they have taken it from the rent, but we are inspected to keep the bundle so that we can keep a low rate. I haven't even bought my boxes yet. So this is all news to me. You could keep laughing. Smile.

It looks like Comcast is the only company with a talking TV interface. Has anyone heard from any of the other cable companies about their plans to make their boxes accessible? I?m surprised that we didn?t hear anything at Convention. On another note, I read on another list that Comcast improved Voice Guidance so that it will now read notifications, such as incoming phone calls and voicemails. Has anyone noticed this? It doesn?t seem to be working on my system. I?m really impressed with what Comcast has done, but it?s time for other companies to catch on.
