All that just to weigh yourself? Seems like tech overkill.

I recently listened to a podcast on Blind Alive which provided some
feedback about scales that use Bluetooth technology to interface with
your Smart Phone. Not that I want to take my phone in the bathroom, but
having the option of listening to the announcement of my weight via
earbuds from my phone is appealing.

Subject: [Electronics-Talk] Bathroom scale

I have a talking bathroom scale I got at Amazon. It looks like a flat
piece of glass with feet.

This morning, I weighed myself, and the answer didn't sound right, so I
did it again to see if I got something similar. I weighed myself 5
times before I got 2 similar numbers, and the range was about 10 pounds
between 1 minute and the next. So this scale is pretty much useless.

Can anyone recommend a talking scale that's reasonably accurate?

Thanks.

Tracy
