[Electronics-Talk] Comcast disability phone number

If you get the phone number and talk with them the comcast website is
messed up to the point even using it like I was told by the disability
folks I couldn't order myself a braille channel line up. Probably the
braille bill statements ordering code is as messed up as the braille
channel line up stuff on their website as well.
