I bought a tuner a long time ago that emits a tone for each half-step.
Sorry, can't remember the name.
Now, I mostly use Talking Tuner on my iPhone, which is free.

i have a blind friend of mine who is a guitar enthusiast, now he would like
to guy a guitar tuner so he can setup the guitar cords himself without
sighted help.  does anyone knows if such accessible guitar tuners exists?
if yes, from where can be bought?  any information that points hin into the
right direction is highly appreciated.
