I carry it in a front pants pocket, and have it in a good case, an Otterbox Defender.

Where and how do you carry your iPhone?  Forget about backpacks, fannypacks, etc.  

Carrying my iPhone in my shirt pocket is a sure way to drop my phone if I bend over.  And putting it in my pants pockets seems like a great place to bend and break it.  So how do you guys do it?
