[Electronics-Talk] rice cookers

This is mostly a big deal when baking.

It's not that a cup of a liquid is a different quantity than a cup of dry, it's that the measuring techniques are somewhat different.

For example, It can be hard to accurately measure a cup of liquid in a dry measuring cup without spilling liquid out the top, and it's hard to measure a cup of flower without being able to use a knife to scrape the measuring cup.
