I actually Googled this phrase in quotes and found a few videos on YouTube. Basically it's a helper application, kind of like the Humanware Companion for the Stream products. The Bard Express program will take care of unzipping and transferring the books onto your cartridge, but the program won't actually play the book on your computer.
