[Electronics-Talk] Does where we shop impact accessibility of appliances?

Telecommunications access? I'll probably be dead before we see that, though
Comcast, which I can't ge3t here, seems to have made more effort than most,
and Apple has with computing and cell phones.

I have a Paykal and  Fisher (manufactured in New Zealand) washer and dryer;
the buttons are raised; we scanned the manual and embossed it. We also
labeled the buttons, so they are accessible, but who knows what I'll find
when I need to replace them--probably in a couple of years.
