If you're an xfinity customer using the x1 system please be very careful never to hit the exit button on the xfinity remote controler twice. Doing so will cause your tv's input connection to be put in some undefined value and you will loose operation of the set top box and the tv and will need to phone xfinity for help. The system refresh does not correct this problem either.
