Hello,

NLS does have a book called "Pressure Perfect."  I have found it works well
for the I P.  With regard to veggies, I find that most times are a little
too long, unless you prefer your veggies soft.  On the other hand, I
increase the time for steel cut oats, since I like them a little softer than
they come out with the recommended timing.

I believe the I P  is a really great appliance, especially with the
Bluetooth app for the iPhone.

	You need to add the video to Amazon Video to watch it. Amazon Video
Apps can be installed on iDevices, Android, and via Roku as well as various
TVs such as Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV to name a few. You add videos to
your collection via www.amazon.com or from within the Amazon Prime Video or
Amazon Video Apps.

	There is also an audio  demonstration of Instant Pot on:
www.applevis.com. While the demo is good people who create these
demonstrations would do well to slow down their device's speech so all can
hear and understand what's being demmonstrated.

	Bookshare.org has a book entitled " The I Love My Instant Pot Recipe
Book: From Trail Mix Oatmeal to Mongolian Beef BBQ, 175 Easy and Delicious
Recipes."I could not find any books about Instant Pot on BARD. That's about
par for the course for them. Then they wonder why borrowers don't download
or borrow books from their NLS cooperating library and are harassed by NLS
Staff for not using this service.

	Since Instant Pot is an Amazon product they have a number of books
in the Kindle Store you can read for free if you're a Prime Member or
