[Electronics-Talk] zte phone information

I was wondering if anyone has the zte 233v phone. I purchased this phone on verizon, it's a flip phone, for anyone not familiar with it.  For some reason I can't go on the internet. Actually I get as far as going into the browser, and the google address is there, but when I press the okay button it has some sort of message it's sorry that the page can't be  reached and something about the network. I called the customer service and the customer service person said to go to settings to make sure the network was on and it was, so hopefully someone has had experience with this and this phone. Thank you.
