If you pay $9.99 per month for Apple Music, you can access any song on Apple Music, which is quite accessible on iOS devices and fairly accessible on the PC with iTunes. You will also get access to stations with the paid plan. You can use TuneIn just like you would on the PC on your iOS device with the free app. If you choose to pay for the pro account for that service, you'll get more items, but there's a lot in the free service.
