To add to this discussion, I use "spotify" with my iphone as well have tried it on my pc. It works amazingly on the iphone which is what I have the most experience with. It costs $10 a month though there is a free trial. If you have room mates or family members who live at the same address there is also a family plan for multiple users for $15 a month. Basically it has a radio option or you can get reccommendations or just put in songs or albulms you want to listen to or download. Accessiblity is great with voice over.

If apple music with a pc using itunes is fairly accessible, I might give it a try.
If I understand you correctly, you can select your station and simply listen to what it plays as it streams.
It sounds like apple music is sort of like a FM radio but you pay for the service.

I've used tune-in on the pc so this is most familiar to me.
When you say it is used the same on an IOS device, I guess you mean you have the same features but you are operating it with the touch screen.

So what is the Pro account for Tune In?
I did not know about that option.

How much is this? Does it offer more stations? Do they have an oldies or a classical station?

If you pay $9.99 per month for Apple Music, you can access any song on Apple Music, which is quite accessible on iOS devices and fairly accessible on the PC with iTunes. You will also get access to stations with the paid plan. You can use TuneIn just like you would on the PC on your iOS device with the free app. If you choose to pay for the pro account for that service, you'll get more items, but there's a lot in the free service.
