[Electronics-Talk] FW: Smartphone for visually impaired

That's what we were questioning when we were talking about it, with the 
information so far, about this android phone with the touch screen and 
buttons, if it could be on an older version of android. Also what company is 
it that made this phone. With something specialized as this,  that would be 
something we would never find out who actually made the phone or what brand 
of phone it is.
