I just waited it out. I do not think that it ran more than 10-15 seconds.

Hi Annette.
This is interesting, but how do I get the video to stop playing so I can hear the article?

Tracy & All,

Below is a link to a review of 3 options for dealing with a dying iPhone battery. The article was posted yesterday.

When I asked Apple about replacing the battery in my iPod Touch, they said it couldn't be done. They didn't say that they don't want to repair old things; they want you to buy something new, but that's the truth of the thing.
However, if I can just replace the battery in my old iPhone, that would be great.

The iPhone battery can be replaced either at the Apple store or by an authorized repair center. I am hoping my phone battery will last until the rumored SE2 comes out in 2018.
