			Thank you Jim. This may convince me to use the
Bluetooth option. 
Does the Bluetooth pot also have buttons or are you locked into using a
phone?

What happens is that for each mode it remembers the time you last cooked it
at.  You can change the time by pressing the more or less buttons to
increment and decrement time.  The problem is that what gets incremented and
by how much is not easily determined.  You'd have to look it up in the docs
and then remember it.

I think most people who use the pot without bluetooth have some vision to
help them.  I'm sure that It is possible to use the pot eyes free without
the app, but it pretty tedious.

I'm not sure what to say about not liking bluetooth, but I think most
totally blind people and many partially sighted folks will be much happier
using the pot with the app, as it exposes much more information about the
state of the pot and gives you labeled controls.
