Oh wow, well I'll have to look into a brand new one then next time I need
one. How expensive is a new one...that's my issue.

Hi. no, we got a brand neew one for Christmas by quazenar . the top
knob clicks and goes from off, toast, bagel, bake, broil then warm.
nothing needed there, the next knob for temperature so we marked some
and the bottom one for how you like your toast with light ahll the way
to the left, so for us, no marking there either, so, you set how you
want your toast, push the button on the bottom right and off it goes.
it has a removable tray that pulls out in front for cleaning. I wasn't
going to mention it, as it doesn't grill, but decided to anyway. we
really like it.
