If by Power button you mean shut down, just do an alt-F4 and a menu comes up to shut down, sleep, hibernate, switch user etc.

Subject: [Electronics-Talk] Where is My Power Button?....
Hello Listers,
I woke to find Windows had updated and now my Start menu is changed. I can't find the Power button and my volume was lowered. Also, all the icons are now in a straight vertical line on the Start Menu. I like this nice neat arrangement. DId anybody else experience this? I want my Power button! Geesh!
