All,

As you know, Dave Andrews is having minor surgery and is probably in the midst of that as I write this.  He has asked me to monitor our more active lists while he is not able to do so.

There is never a good time to let arguments like this drop.  Someone is always going to want to get in a last word.  I also recognize that replies could be written before this note is read.  However, we need to stop this discussion and get back to electronics.  Frankly, I could point at some major holes in the arguments on both sides but am refraining from doing so to do my part to bring this discussion to an end.  

I would appreciate the help all of you can give me with this.  The best thing we can all do is to simply stop responding.
