I have calmly and politely asked people to stop the discussion of 
politics, and you haven't listened. Consequently I am placing this 
list on "Emergency Moderation" status, and will only approve on-topic 
messages until people stop posting off-topic messages.  All else will 
be deleted.

I am sorry to be so heavy-handed, this is extra work for me, but 
people are unwilling to follow a few basic rules!
