Hi,
Sometimes instead of reading what an attachment is about, it will just say "expand headers" or "collapse headers" and then I can't read anything.
How do I fix that in windows ten?

    Hear, O earth, the words that I say!

    let my speech settle like dew.
Let my words fall like rain on tender grass,
    like gentle showers on young plants.

3
I will proclaim the name of the Lord;
    how glorious is our God!

I presume you are asking how does one read attachments.

When you up and down arrow in message list, if there is an attachment with a message, it should say "attachment." Hit enter on the message, to open, then shift-tab to go to the attachment list. There will always be at least two entries there, the attachment and the message itself. Right arrow off message to the attachment, and hit enter.

I also have an Outlook question. I am still on windows 7, though. While I was taught the things I needed to know for work, I was never taught to read attachments which apparently differs from the Outlook Express that I had formerly.

Subject: [Electronics-Talk] Outlook question

Hi,

How do I locate a particular email that I have saved in Outlook, using Windows 10o? I remember receiving a specific email, and filing it somewhere, but I can’t remember which folder in Outlook that the email went to. Please help.

Thanks,

Lauren
