Well, I thought I had lost the questions ... but someone here found them.  Some of the technology-related questions are updated, such as references to Window-Eyes, and would have to be updated, this should give you some ideas.

  1.  Would you please briefly describe yourself to us including your experience and qualifications?


  1.  What are the differences between SA to Go, System Access Stand Alone, and System Access Mobile?
  2.  What would you say are the primary differences between Jaws and System Access usage for the screen reader user?
4.           Which of the following does not require installation of a video driver when installing that software?

  1.  True or false:  It is not possible under any situation to use Jaws for Windows on Intel based Apple computers.

  7.  Describe the process for setting up a shortcut hotkey for a program on the Start menu or desktop and explain the importance of setting up hotkeys.
  8.  Explain some common Windows keyboard commands and what they are used for?
  9.  Explain how you would troubleshoot an error stating "The system has detected an IP address conflict with another system on the network. The local interface has been disabled. More details are available in the system event log. Consult your network administrator to resolve the conflict."
  10. Most wireless routers have a default IP address used for the administration configuration page, can you tell me what numbers the general IP address starts with? (192.168.X.X)
  11. How do you open a command prompt or "DOS Window"?
  12. When in a command prompt window what do you add to the end of a command to see what options are available for that command? (i.e. ipconfig /?)
  13. How would you find out the IP address of a specific computer that you are working on?
  14. A blind customer calls and says her computer is not talking-the screen is blinking and a sighted neighbor says that there is a message that ntldr is missing.  What are some possible troubleshooting steps?
  15. You have evaluated the technology needs of a customer and she wishes to use Zoomtext.  She requires 8X magnification.  What would your approach/recommendations be?
