[Electronics-Talk] Booting-up with Windows 7

Hello list members,

I'm having trouble having Windows7 booting all the way, and thus have no speech from JAWS letting me know what is on the screen.
Is there a way that I could use the keybord without speech to prompt Windows to continue on with the  process to the logon screen?
I had a sighted person do it before, but he is not available now.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
