[Electronics-Talk] Booting-up with Windows 7

A couple times for me that long pause at boot up was the hard disk 
being checked for errors. So, you might try just waiting it out for 
10 or 20 minutes. I found that when I unknowingly interrupted the 
checking process it would just restart again the next time it booted up.
