Try Navireco by Amedia Corporation.

If you search for Amedia in the Apple Store, you can find this app and
an OCR app, as well.

Navireco is free and very interesting. You can register until 5 routes
for free. You can set marks and record the voice of a guide for a new route.
You can also buy an extension that enables you to record until 100 routes.

Please remember that GPS is not perfect and there will be an
approximation of about 10 meters. However, I have recently heard that
this problem with the GPS is being in the process of
correction/improvement by launching newer satellites. This improvement
might take some time, though. I believe that it's still under research.
Also, it might be necessary to update the app to use the improved
system, I don't know.

Please remember that you might have reception problems when you are in
large buildings or at subway stations, for example.

Just try it. I think it will help you.
