Ben,
I use textgrabber and it works fine for my purpose.  It doesn't have the 
bells and whistles of KNFB reader but it only costs five dollars.

I have an iphone s e and I'm interested in OCR aps for the iphone. I know
there is the KNFB reader but last I checked it was over 100 CDN I'm
wondering if anyone knows of any free OCR aps out there.
