Hi,
Yes called there once when investigating tv's. I have to say the experience 
regarding their awareness of accessibility features was not inspiring.

believe the model I have has been discontinued.  Will investigate
further.  Perhaps I should get a Samsung soundbar; perhaps the
accessibility attributes spread across the Samsung line.  Suggest you
call Tech Support at Samsung.  Unfortunately, many of them are offshore,
so they may not "get it".  Let me know what you find.--Matt.
