Insta pot is a very easy to use and very safe pressure cooker.

People make all kinds of dishes in it.

If you get the more expensive model, you can use voice over on your iPhone to control it and to keep track of pressure, temperature timer settings on it. If you get the cheaper model without Bluetooth, then yes you have to use memorization to work it.
