[Electronics-Talk] Pressure Cookers

Good evening everyone,
Another source of equipment ratings is: http://www.americastestkitchen.com
If you can't find an accessible electric pressure cooker that cooks food exactly as you like it there's always the good old stove-top model. Modern versions are far safer and more reliable than those used by your grandparents.

Greetings:
On my Instant Pot I can feel the buttons. They are those bubble-like controls which stand out just a bit from the smooth control panel.
If you don't want a smart cooker, I would suggest checking some ratings
sites such as sweethome.com or consumersearch.com for suggestions. Most
of these appliances use the same kind of controls, or at least that is
what I have observed. Note, they may use complex menu systems, remember
you may want to set times and temperatures etc. I think that is part of
the popularity of the phone-based Instant Pot. Checking them for control
accessibility or manageability in the store may or may not be practical.
