My understanding is that GoGo Grandparent encourages riders to tip the 
driver in cash if he has provided additional assistance like folding and 
storing a wheelchair or helping the rider in and out of the vehicle.

You usually tip an Uber driver via the Uber app that gives you that
option after the ride.--Matthew Chao
