We have an Echo and I never touch the buttons.  My favorite things to do
with Alexa are listen to music and local radio stations, use the work out
skill, check the time and set timers, play escape the room game, and ask her
crazy stuff.  She can also control our iRobot vacuum, but it is not as
flawless as I would think it should be.

				We have it and love it. It understands us
well, even my preschooler. 
We love being able to listen to music with it, we listen to the Hamilton
sound track a lot, and this morning we played It's Raining Men which my
preschooler thought was hilarious. She had said something that made us think
of the song, and my husband didn't want her seeing the video so we played
the song and had a nice time doing that. 
Preschooler likes getting it to play songs she likes mostly from Frozen and
then singing and dancing. 
The buttons are easily felt though you really don't need them. You do need
an Amazon account, though I don't think you need Amazon prime.

What are  your experiences with this? Are all buttons pretty pronounced and
feelable?
Does Alexa understand you well or do you have to speak kind of slow for it
to work?

What sort of books can Alexa read?
To what extent can you get radio stations?
Also you have to have amazon prime to use it?
