[Electronics-Talk] amazon echo experiences

I have not found a way to change what Alexa has you do. The workouts are
each different. If you work harder and faster at an exercise you can
increase the intensity of the workout. If you are in really good shape, you
will probably want to look elsewhere for a workout. I find it fills a gap
in my workout schedule.
HTH,
Annette

Annette, how does the work out skill work? Does it give you different
options from beginner to advanced work outs? Do you feel like you can get a
good work out using the skill?
