The most common program to use is Adobe Acrobat Reader -- which is free.
You may also have to configure your browser to open PDF's in Reader, not in its own plug-in, which isn't as reliable.

Subject: [Electronics-Talk] PDF's
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knew of a good and accessible program to read pdf files?
There are some documents I have to fill out on my grad school's web site, and when I open them, they keep opening in Microsoft Edge, or it wants to open in some other internet browser. Wondering if you have any suggestions please.
