[Electronics-Talk] How many accessible pedestrian signals do you have in your city?

I heard several chirping signals in Ireland.
I prefer the ones that talk. Then it's very clear which street has the walk light. I imagine the ones that talk and vibrate are helpful to deaf-blind people, although the pole on ours is a few feet from the corner, if one has to stand by it to feel the vibration, which cuts down on the time to actually get across the street.
What is "a wheel that turns"?
Tracy

London is a big city so we have lots of them which make noise or have a wheel which turns but we need a lot more. You can keep up with me on Twitter.

I have no idea, but I'm sure there are more than 32 here in Phoenix.

What I'd like to know, Mike, is, do those signals in Daytona Beach have a vibrating-like sound when the light turns green?
That's what we have here. I prefer the chirping sound. Cuts through heavy traffic noise better.
