[Electronics-Talk] Simple, Accessible Motion Detector

I have 2, in animal shapes. One is a bird, and the other is a frog.
There's nothing to their accessibility; just turn the thing on and point it
toward where the motion you want to detect might happen.
Really, I've turned them off after a while, because they were detecting a
lot.

Does anyone know of an easy to use, accessible motion detector
that makes a loud noise when it detects motion?
