Subject: [Electronics-Talk] question about sound bars
Hello,\
I have managed to improve the sound from my little Sansui 20-inch TV with a speaker, but when listening to Music Choice, find it doesn’t give me enough treble (e.g., on that old song “How Long Has This Been Going On”, you can’t hear the high cymbal clicks). It could also be a mixing issue, depending on what version of the song they’re playing if there are several. In case it’s a speaker issue, though: Is there such a thing as a small speaker/sound-bar with an accessible equalizer function that I can change according to my preferences? I have serious space limitations, so it would have to sit on the small shelf in my entertainment center—and, of course, there are the ever-present money concerns we all have. Failing the equalizer idea—is there such a speaker/sound-bar that would just give me a lot of treble? I don’t even know which speaker I currently have, but it may be about 5x3x2 or something for dimensions, and ran about $50.00, and had the option of bluetooth or regular outlet plug-in. Thanks!
Sandra
