I wouldn't expect Window Eyes to work it is abanded ware.  So you having problems with it is certainly to be expected.  Try jaws 2019.  Like I said does the site work perfectly no but it is useable and I expect it to get better in 2019.

We've only had the hulu app  on the iphone for about 2 or 3 months, and it is accessible.  Window-eyes has problems with the web site, the nvda is fine with the hulu site. We haven't tried jaws with the site yet. No need to apologize, Chris, if it wasn't accessible at the time you had the hulu app. 
Maybe you could give it another try. It's so frustrating when the apps aren't accessible or even web sites aren't and the worst is not getting anywhere with stumbling situations when trying to fill out information on a site.
